Yashavinash Security Force Private Limited is headed by its Managing Director, Major (Retd) MR.Avinash Mirge, 45 years, who is an ex-Indian Army officer from the combat forces. He has vast experience steering security management & policy and processes for oil majors, chemical manufacturing plants, IT Security, Industry security, IT facilities, Call centers, auto manufacturing plants, research laboratories, etc. He is a security certification preparation and emergency response & BCM to multinational IT companies operating in India. He is a recognized author of security & safety articles published in India's leading security magazines and electronic media.
Yashavinash Security Force senior leadership team includes other Directors, a Chief Learning Officer and Senior Managers who have vast experience in both, corporate and military life. Their experience straddles leadership roles in training in large corporates spanning talent development and capability building, to critical roles in Defence & vital Government installations spanning security management, security infrastructure management and hands on experience in private security operations.

• We have all requisite government Licenses fo providing security services
• We have not recruited local personnel near to site. We recruited from minimum distance of 10 KM (for Security reasons only) and carry out their proper police verification.
• We conduct survery at client place and prepare SOPs (standard Operational Procedures) for each client and On job training( OJT) is conducted in every month as per the SOPs.
• We conduct Internal Audits and Night round check-ups to deliver the best services.
